The Perks of Being a Wallflower was absolutely amazing, and I rewatched the movie as well, which was just as emotional.Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03487894789971938605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6699385733480282081.post-44156344406575836422016-04-13T02:26:08.262+10:002016-04-13T02:26:08.262+10:00Perks of Being a Wallflower is one of my all-time ...Perks of Being a Wallflower is one of my all-time favourite books. Once I started, I swear I could not put it down. I'm glad you liked it! And I'm off to gold ol' YouTube to check out those artists you mentioned (I've never heard of them...*shamefaced*). You should check out 'Crying in Public' by Chairlift. I recently discovered it and it is...unusual, but in a really interesting and pretty cool way. It's a love/hate kind of song; but I really like it.
Elle https://www.blogger.com/profile/07518290032673211900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6699385733480282081.post-80837303735216778432016-04-10T20:43:04.269+10:002016-04-10T20:43:04.269+10:00It really does... but keep in mind that it was mad...It really does... but keep in mind that it was made in the 80'sMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03487894789971938605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6699385733480282081.post-86412834190390417902016-04-10T20:42:40.069+10:002016-04-10T20:42:40.069+10:00Thanks Jay! There's something about modern-sounding books with narrators complaining a lot and contemplating life that is appealing in a way.Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03487894789971938605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6699385733480282081.post-29116406276318387092016-04-10T20:38:45.957+10:002016-04-10T20:38:45.957+10:00Thank you for the recommendation! SOME KIND OF WONDER...those are great discoveries.

SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES AND PERKS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE BOOKS! they're so great I could cry. honestly. lol.
I also just read The Catcher In The Rye recently and I adored it. I thought it was both hilarious and sad at the same time. Ive never laughed harder in a fictional book and Im not sure why. lol. It also doesnt read like its from that time period. its very modern in sound which I think is coolFaithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06886707992876613899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6699385733480282081.post-83464695453935427212016-04-10T00:13:39.773+10:002016-04-10T00:13:39.773+10:00I absolutely love Daya!
